it stuggles with 3/16 aluminum rivets, the jaws broke on mine on the first stainless rivet. Probably would be fine for smaller fasteners.

I was skeptical to buy this rivet gun based on the reviews, but figured for the sale price I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did. It worked perfectly for the few jobs that I needed it for, and the included rivets were an added bonus since I only needed a handful of each size. For the jobs I was doing (repairing some busted rivets on some old aluminum boxes) it worked fine. YMMV
