Q: Can I use it for cleaning ceramic tile and buffing my wooden deck?

A: It is not recommended but, yes you can use an angle grinder to clean ceramic tile provided that you use the correct pad i.e. a polishing pad or fine grit disc for very light surface cleaning. An angle grinder is too aggressive for deck boards. It can gouge the wood and leave swirl marks. A better option would be to use a random orbital sander

A: You can use both flat or depressed centre cut off wheels with the Mastercraft 6A Angle Grinder, 4.5". Please take special care and refer to the product manual when installing or removing the wheels. The depressed centre wheel must be installed using the included flanges.
