3 years agoA: Thank you for your question. The 5” Hook & Loop Conversion Kit is used to covert a PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) 5” Backing Pad to accept Hook & Loop Sanding Disc. The PSA Backing Pad should be thoroughly cleaned and dust free prior to adhering the 5” Hook & Loop Conversion Disc for secure fit.
