Don't waste your money

I replaced the worn out pad on my black & decker orbital sander. Had to create the holes to match my sander as conversion pad has no holes. It worked for a day. It adheres alright to sander but by day 2, the sanding discs would nolonger stay on. The surface had worn ouy. A waste of money. Will spend the $ and buy a proper backer pad.

No, I do not recommend this product.

  • A: Thank you for your question. The 5” Hook & Loop Conversion Kit is used to covert a PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) 5” Backing Pad to accept Hook & Loop Sanding Disc. The PSA Backing Pad should be thoroughly cleaned and dust free prior to adhering the 5” Hook & Loop Conversion Disc for secure fit.
