Love this stapler. Grabbing one for my daughter. Love the versatility of being able to use different staples in one gun. Have had no jamming issues but does require some hand strength.

Very Poor, Jams a LOT, too stiff

Not a good tool. Bought one, returned it for replacement thinking it was defective, second one was the same. Just a bad design.
Takes way too much force to actuate staples, and does not penetrate deep enough into studs when hanging vapour barrier. You need to tap them the rest of the way with a hammer. Why bother?
For women, small hands, etc this is absolutely useless. Unless you use it two-handed.
Much better products out there. Don't buy this one.

stapler troubles

There are a few nice things about this stapler such using round crown staples as well as brads and pins. Storing the handle takes a little playing around but I think it is rather cool because you don't have the wire retainer getting in the way all the time.. You must follow the directions closely.
It was also a delight to find there are a good number of all four kinds of staples it uses.
I have only used the T50 flat staples which were also Mastercraft.. It dispenses the staples when the handle is pressed down until the very bottom and if it feels like it, it may or may not shoot out a staple. Even bad language does not help.
I got it just before Christmas and today (Wednesday December whatever) I had my first simple job to use it on.
After fooling around with it for a half hour, I went and bought another Arrow Stapler which also gave me a bit of a problem because of the different sized staples.
To be completely fair, if I lubricate and fool around with it and not use a hammer on it, it could work out in the long run.
I Use Mastercraft and its' big brother Maximum all the time so I am not knocking the brand. I just don't like these staplers or they don't like me.

Absolute Garbge

Very Hard to Use. Staples don't go in Far enough. Staple drawer keeps coming open, spilling them all over the floor. Need to be a Rocket Scientist just to initially open. Bought on Clearance. Noe I know why. Threw it in Garbage, Not worth Gas to Replace.

A: Il n'y a pas de manuel utilisateur. Des instructions graphiques de chargement figurent sur l'emballage et sur l'appareil lui-même. Il s’agit d’une agrafeuse à chargement par le bas. Ils doivent donc appuyer sur le levier à ressort situé à l’arrière de l’appareil et faire glisser le magasin d’agrafes. Cela révélera une chambre de magasin vide en regardant au bas de l'agrafeuse. Q: where is the manual, how to load the pin to the machine? unfortunately there is no manual, there is a diagram on the body but it's not clear for different type of nails. can you send me a mail regarding that. My machine sitting idle because of that?
