great tool, locking/ unlocking mechanism needs improvement

does the job, locking/unlocking works but takes some getting used to. too soon to judge long term, Never throw away or lose a Canadian Tire receipt because many CdnTire location will not replace or refund a bad tool if you have no receipt. Found that out the hard way.

Q: Why are Mastercraft branded tools unreliable and often poorly reviewed? Why doesn’t Canadian Tire make and sell higher quality tools, given that they represent the store’s own brand? Instead, Mastercraft is regarded as a lower tier brand. Disappointing.

Q: I just bought a 2.5A..got home and the LED light was weaker than a chrismas light bulb on a christmas tree... is that normal? Or my tool is defective? Other brands LED can be used as a flashlight thats how strong they are...

Q: Just purchased this tool last week, change sanding pad once on second pad changing the black loopy/Velcro slid right off first minute of sanding? How do I do I fix this? It's brand new! No to happy about this and sure am glad I got it on sale.
