Q: Can you buy a replacement battery and charger for this?

A: Unfortunately, replacement batteries and chargers for these Ni-Cad tools have been phased out across the entire tools market as this technology has become obsolete. We suggest investing in Lithium Ion battery power tools.

Q: What charging voltages are supported? Does this charger support only 110V or does it support 110V - 220V like a laptop power supply does?

A: I would need the 7 digit sku number which begins with either a 54 or a 99 number. This is located on the specification label of the tool or on the front of the owner's manual. Once you have found the product Sku call the the following toll free number 1-866-349-8665 for service.

Q: What is a "repair only" warranty as opposed to a regular warranty?

A: A repair warranty is when the product is defective, it is sent to an authorized repair center. The product will then be repaired. If it is unrepairable, it will be replaced at no cost. Other warranties may include either a parts replacement warranty or exchange. Hope this helps.
