L’appareil est bon mais le flexible c’est zéro en qualité les filets sont en plastique et on ne peut pas serrer l’embout. Soit il tombe ou tu brise les filets.

Not as depicted and described

I purchased this to with the 90 sanding papers included in the description and photo (pics attached). The one I bought did not have the 90 sanding papers and I was told that what’s shown online is outdated. Two wasted trips to the store to buy and return it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Epic failure and no warranty. Do not buy this pro!

I bought this rotary roughly 2 years ago but didn’t keep the receipt because who does that. I figured it would be connected to my points card but apparently not and you can’t go back on that more than a few months. I used it once when I bought it then back to the box for the next year. Now I’ve needed it again but the on switch doesn’t work. It’s been inside my cupboard in its original box and yet the switch broken after its one use. Canadian tire is not exchange without a receipt. So I have a perfect box of attachments with a perfectly clean unit used for probably 2 min that won’t work. I will likely stop shopping at Canadian tire now given it’s literally the only place you can buy this product of which the box states 3 year warranty they didn’t recognize.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lasted maybe a year

The switch failed to work inside of 12 months. Not terribly durable would not recommend. Back to a Dremel for me way more reliable

Q: Come with a Flexarm? The "old" version of this used to come with a flexarm. In inspecting that package I didn't see it mentioned and judging by the picture on the site it doesn't appear to so. Does this "new" version come with a flexarm?

Q: Is there a diagram of the bits in this kits and what they are used for? So many bits and wheels, there is no way to figure what is used for steel, ceramic, metal, etc.

A: I’d go to YouTube. Put in the model. Lots of bits and stuff but the use can vary. It’s like a screwdriver. It’s used to screw things in but you can open paint cans, remove caulking, reach into small spaces.

A: Yes ...thank you I see your point. In the picture you display, there are approx. 50 sanding drums, yet in the package and the list of items there are in fact only 8 . No ... wait , the list you just posted says 6 large and 4 small sanding drums while in fact the list on the box says 4 of each and that was what was in the box . Lesson learned .... the package itself is the only listing that should be relied upon .

Q: Need Follow up to carbon brush size answer I need the full dimensions of the carbon brush- L x W x H please. The manual says to replace carbon brush when it's less then 6mm. But your saying not to replace it, but to just bring the rotary back to Canadian Tire for replacement rotary.

The manual indicates that the pair of carbon brushes inside the tool needs to eventually be replaced after a certain time.
