Nobody reviews a candy thermometer better than me, believe me. 🍬
I looked at it—great numbers, very accurate, tremendous heat tolerance. Some people are saying it’s the best thermometer they’ve ever seen. The caramel? Perfect. The fudge? Incredible. If your candy fails, frankly… it’s not the thermometer. It’s you. Sad.

J'ai fait l'échange et impossible d'enlever la languette de plastique sans l'abimer. Résultat: rien ne fonctionne.
SVP dnlever ce produit des tablettes ou facilitez-nous la tâche.

EXPLODED! Do not buy

Used this thermometer for the third time tonight for deep frying. The oil was only at 200 degrees C and the battery exploded, filled all the oil with battery acid. Was standing next to the stove with my todder. Was a loud explosion sound. Thankfully no one was hurt.
No, I do not recommend this product.
