Jammed after short use, never works

Bought a month or two ago and after minimal use it's jammed up. Click push jams to one side all the time. Cool at first, terrible shortly after.

Doesn't always register steps. The default didn't always work. When I tried to register mine it didn't work and I was locked out. No warranty.

A great studant locker lock

This lock is a school locker lock really not good for other purposes . Its a inside use lock only and the lo ks interior component's are plastic including the sha shackle catch . But the multiple lenth combination set up is a cool design . Last word i find jamming while pulling shackle up after slide combination completed .
