Jammed after short use, never works

Bought a month or two ago and after minimal use it's jammed up. Click push jams to one side all the time. Cool at first, terrible shortly after.

Forgot Combo.

Lock works fantastically. I bought two of them about 7 or 8 years ago. I used them for about 3 years with absolutely no problem. Now, 5 years later, I found them again! Problem, I forgot the combo. I think I registered them, but I've tried to go on line to the combolocker.com site, but I can't figure out how to use the sight! "HELP"

Could not open right from the start

Opened the package, read the instructions fully before attempting to open the lock and reset the combination from the "preset" combination from the factory. Unfortunately, NOWHERE in the package or instructions was the preset combination! Consequently, it is impossible to open and reset the combination.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Lock wouldn’t operate properly from the outset. Couldn’t get it open to start with so I could set my combo. Watched the video; read the instructions, and then returned it. Total crap.

Quick and durable

I've had my lock since 2015-16(I think). Used it in the gym locker in highschool, used it for my bike in college, and now I use it to lock up the shed at my house. It works great if you follow the instructions, and make sure to fully push the thing in the center to the end of it's travel on each direction. Otherwise it won't work and you'll have to reset it.

Yes, I recommend this product.
