Solid lock, but not rustproof

I have this model on an exterior lock. It has proven to be very solid, but is not rustproof. It's been easy enough to fix, with a few shots of WD40. This is a good lock, but for exterior applications another lock may prove a bit more useful, or you'll have to maintain it.
