Poor design

Poorly designed/engineered. It is very easy to accidentally reset the combination, without realizing it. I had to cut the lock off after a couple of uses.

Do not buy this. After about 30-40 uses it just gets jammed and wont open. I bought two of them and they both wouldn’t open on me after only a few weeks of using them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not as easy as numbers

There are a limited number of codes available and it is set with letters not numbers. There is no order to the letters on the dials so finding the appropriate letter takes more time. The letters are small and not easy to see. Much prefer numbers.
