Monitor the internal temperature of any meat with the MASTER Chef Wired Cooking Thermometer. The heat-safe stainless steel probe of the plastic thermometer can be left in the oven throughout the cooking process. Its manual programming is easy to use – set the temperature and it will beep when that programmed temperature is reached. It measures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, comes with a magnet and foldable stand, and requires one AAA battery to operate.

A: There is no calibration to be performed on the thermometer. Be careful you don't burn the probe.

A: It is worth noting that this cooking thermometer is designed to measure food products only. It is recommended not to exceed temperatures above 300°F.

Q: Only had it for a month. When measuring the temperature, with the probe plugged in, the output just says "HI" and it beeps. Changed battery. No change. Immersed probe in ice water and it still reads "HI". No info in instructions for this issue.

A: “HI” indicates that the temperature cannot be measured because the temperature is outside the temperature range or was exposed over the maximum temperature. With a new probe, this can be rectified.
