Very disappointed

This unit rotted in the first year. It was always kept under a good bbq cover and put away in garage in the winter. Will never buy another product from this brand.

Our bbq rotted everywhere after first year use... I would save your money and purchase something with a better review and rating.. Sorry CT... But this is a LEMON for sure.

Q: Can I convert this model to Natural gas?.

A: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Ultra 5-Burner can not be converted to Natural Gas. Only BBQs with the Convertible Valve System logo can be converted to Natural Gas using the conversion kit.

Q: Where does the propane tank sit. It doesn't look like it has a bottom shelf.

A: Thank you for your question. The propane tank is positioned on the tank collar located on the bottom of the left cart side panel. There you will find notches where the propane tank is held into place.
