Great roaster cooked many meat fall off the bone turkeys in it.....over the holidays. I like the rack that comes with it as well, the only thing that would make it a wee bit better for me , would be folding handles on the rack to make it easier to take the turkeys or whatever out. I recommend this roaster!

Decent but returned for a sturdier built one

It’s a great middle of the line roasting pan. The “bonus” second pan as the lid came in handy as well. Ultimately I returned it for a sturdier construction as the metal felt fairly thin and dentable.

Inspect before use!

I bought the pan and it had a bolt missing on the MasterChef plate that is attached to the pan. I didn't notice and used the pan. As I was cooking, liquid kept coming out of the pan. Very disappointed with it. The pan itself seems very solid and nice but the defect will make it difficult to use and because I've already used it, I did not want to bring it back.

Q: The description indicates that this is NOT dishwasher safe. Why is this the case? Is it the finish? Is it the bolted on name tag? If I could fit this in my dishwasher, would I have a problem?

A: I’ve never washed it in the dishwasher as it’s quite large. It has a very glossy finish, which might be the reason it’s not dishwasher safe. Good news, it’s non-stick and very easy to clean.
