placed $300 online order. items listed as in stock. placed my order, paid, confirmation. as well as confirmation from bank card transaction. pick up time rolls around and the store cancelled my order except the knives. they actually said the product was discontinued but not to worry, I wasnt charged. no exchange offered or another item in its place- they claimed I wasnt charged, I obviously have receipts. still haven't received my money this was in December and i've no product replacement. Doesn't seen quite right, does it?! baffled at how this happened and no-one to hold accountable. The knives are alright. Not $300 good, but nice quality, I guess.
