We had to exchange our 1st cooler because it leaked all over our hardwood floor.. Unfortunately, the 2nd cooler did the same and was returned for refund!!

6 months in. New jug before I went to bed ,woke up to 5 gallons of water on the kitchen floor. Canadian tire is over an hour to drive. See if I can find the receipt first. Dang hate to make the drive gas is over 5 bucks a gallon. Hope i dont have to bite the bullet on this one.

A: We have had our unit for a year and so far no problems. If you could determine where the leak originates you might be able to find a cure. Sorry I couldn’t be any help.

A: ça m'est arrivé une fois aussi ! pour ma part, la cruche d'eau avait dû être mal menée au transport.. il y avait une craque le fond alors ça laissait passer l'air donc elle s'était vidée au sol..

Q: Since the beginning mine hasn’t produced hot nor cold water. We transported it gently, left it unplugged for 36 hrs even- but since plugging it we have neither cold nor hot water. Anyone have this experience or a fix? Manual says nothing on the subject

Q: The cold water isn’t cold and is the same temp as that dispensed from room temp button. The snowflake light came on when we first started it up but is no longer lit. Is there an adjustment to make it colder. Not much use if no CB old water
