I am disappointed. I made 4 cups of coffee and the first cup was only warm, I had to microwave it. I don't want warm coffee - I want HOT coffee. It's going back.

Q: Will this work with a smart plug? Specifically, if the unit is unplugged - and you turn the switch to ON, then plug it in - does it start brewing - or do you have to flip the switch off/on again after plugging it in?

A: If the carafe lid is properly installed, the carafe lid should push the drip valve up automatically when placed on the element.

Q: the spring came off the basket and i cant use the sneak a cup feature now how do you put the spring back on my master chef coffee maker is only 6 months old and i cant find the receipt

A: Turn over the funnel and locate the spring on the hole 2. Insert the anti-drip valve into the hole of the spring and the funnel, then use hand to press and 3. Turn over again and use anti-drip seal ring to buckle in the anti-drip valve

A: You can buy a nylon filter for the (0431002P) 12-Cup coffee maker, because it doesn’t have it in mass production. Tone Filter, Fits Most 8 to 12-Cup Coffee Makers or you can also buy paper filter to place in the funnel 8 To 12 Cup Natural Brown Basket Coffee Filters.
