Do not buy!

I bought this thinking it would be great for doing bacon out on the BBQ, instead of in the trailer. It does not distribute heat at all, so you get hot spots and have to keep moving bacon strips constantly. But the worst of all, the griddle drips grease out of the drip tray because it is only spot welded and not sealed by a continuous weld. Also, pancakes and eggs stick like crazy. Returned it after 1st use and traded for a cast iron one

Not a quality product

The units warps pretty quickly. This makes the oil (ex. from bacon) accumulate in a corner where it then overflows. In addition there are holes in the corners of the unit which make the oil drop down instead of gathering it in the drain.

Not as good as you want it to be

This unit looks solid, but as soon as you get high heat under it, it warps. I guess that is what you get with a stainless unit. If it was an Iron piece it would not warp, and it would hold heat much better, altough it would cost more. The high sides are really nice. It does get the job done for the most part.
