This product has the weakest glass. I wrecked two glasses in a row simply getting ice from my ice maker on the fridge. This is not a hot/cold thing, the glasses were room temperature. My ice dispenser makes regular sized ice cubes and upon dispensing them into this glass, they cracked. One even broke the glass and shards/ice went flying. I was lucky to not cut my hand. The glass is too thin I suppose. I will look for another make to purchase. If you like ice in your drinks and have a ice dispenser don't use this glass!
