Q: It says nothing in the description of the dishes being microwave or dishwasher safe. Don't care about Dishwasher as I hand wash, etching from dishwashers is a hazard. Is this set Microwaveable - do the plates or bowls get hotter than the food?

A: I have had 2 plates crack right in half in the microwave. I was reheating food. Not impressed.
