Good for Warming Food

This microwave does the job well for short cook times or warming food. I would recommend this model for warming and heating, not for longer cook times. This model does its best work with warming foods.

Q: How do I turn off the beeping? I don't have a manual. Could someone tell me how to disable the beeping or otherwise access the settings so I can turn the volume level down? It seems to be factory preset to "obnoxiously loud", and I can't find my manual to look it up.

Q: How do I get tech support for this Microwave that I just bought? This unit worked fine this morning when I bought it (Nov. 20th, 2017). Now the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 buttons do not work. When you press on them and nothing happens. However, the 7, 8 and 9 buttons work fine and all the other functions work fine.
