bought this in July 2013 & i have been a happy guy ever since. This chair does an excellent job of massaging the lower to upper back. if you need a neck area massage, this chair doesnt go that high, but anything with the back, this get's the job done. no funny noises or gear issues...the cord is long & the chair is pretty light so it can be easily moved

Il demeure toujours une bosse dans le dos à la fin d'un massage. Ce qui fait que le fauteuil est très inconfortable si on désire si assoir à nouveau. De plus j'ai de la difficulté à sentir la différence entre les trois sortes de massage possible (haut du dos, bas du dos ou dos complet).
