This Masontops fermentation kit contains airlocks, weights, a tamper and a guidebook. Made of food-safe, BPA-free materials, the fermentation lids and accessories fit regular-mouth Mason jars and allow you to easily ferment vegetables, fruits, sauces and more. With the included pickle pebble weights and pickle pipe airlocks, you can keep ingredients submerged and release gasses during the fermentation process. The handy pickle packer tamper lets you tightly pack chopped ingredients.
