The Marcy SM-8117 Adjustable Walk-in Squat Rack & Pull-Up Bar is an all-in-one station for strength training. This squat rack features adjustable J-hooks to securely hold a barbell for squats and has an open walk-in design with spotter catches to safely perform heavy lifts. The pull-up bar station offers multiple grip positions for pull-ups and chin-ups to allow for more exercise variety. A welcome addition to any home gym, this complete workout station has a space-saving footprint to maximize efficiency as you work toward your fitness goals.

I bought this on sale. It was pretty easy to set up and is a great buy if you get it on sale ( 50% off) .I wouldn’t be putting 600 lbs on it but its great for 200 ish. Ill be using it for a long time.

Q: Leaving this rack free standing, would it be stable and secure for using TRX straps attached to the top? Has anyone tried?

A: It would depend where you're mounting them. You could also have your bar of weights on them to secure it more. I use pull up bands for chin ups with no issues. The rack itself is very well made.
