Q: Do you know if I can use these smoker Bisquettes for enhancing flavor while cooking on an electric BBQ Grill? since the Electric BBQ would be pretty much the same as cooking on the stove, I'd like to know if these Bisquettes would work to create a more charcoal BBQ flavor

A: The main thing is that you have to have an enclosed space for the smoke to circulate. It also helps if you have one side of the grill hot enough to keep the chips smoking and the other side mainly using indirect heat from this side for cooking. So in most cases, electric grills that are basically just griddles and not true barbecues are not suitable for this purpose.
