Connectivity Issue Repeats itself!

I have been a loyal lowrance fan for over 20 years and have a hook reveal 7ts . Lowrance really needs to work on its keypad and connectivity issues. My 3year old fishfinder is toast because parts are not available for the key pad . I find that an 800 dollar machine is built and lowrance has no parts is obserd . I could understand if this unit was left in the weather and elements but i value all my equipment and tucked it away after every outing. Three years ago my old Lowrance died with the same issue and i put it down to a bad draw on a great unit. I really enjoyed the ease of operation of the hook reveal but i am off to research other units and will find something else . This is not spite i can honestly say when they work hook is one of the very best on the market.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The graph part did not move across the screen poor

I bought two hook reveal 5 the ranch graphs in the past 8 months neither one of them work the graph part would not move across the screen I sent one back the other one I just kept to keep my depth temperature and speed made in Mexico the two I got were junk

Poor excuse of a fish finder.

Not happy at all, I own a hook 7xSS and cannot down loan any maps. What good is a fish finder if you can't map a lake. I have to find my boat landing via google maps. Just a waste of money. Hey Lowrance, how about an offer to trade up to something I can use with GPS. P.S. My unit is registered.

A: The unit has a micro SD slot and should work with Navionics. I will be doing the same. I’ve not installed mine yet. Waiting for the other one to die…
