This is a good welder im not a welder although i have a bit knowledge with stick welder and found it very easy to use and was surprised at my welds after an hour of welding got the hang of it with a few views on you tube

Q: Why is the warranty not listed? It says it carries a special warranty. Is this a refurbished machine? Would it no be simpler and more upfront with customers to state the warranty?

A: not sure about warrenty, but it's a new welder. works great, no problems till welding at higher heat setting, than can only weld about 3 minutes than has to cool down for awhile.

A: To properly connect this welder, we recommend using a 240V NEMA 6-50P style plug, and an updated delayed fuse breaker rated at 40-50 amps. This will minimize accidental tripping of the breaker during power spikes.

A: Hello, The Mig Pak 180 is very different from the PowerMig 180C sold at industrial distributors. Aside from internal component upgrades, the PowerMig 180C also includes an upgraded welding gun assembly. Hope this helps.

A: We recommend that you install a standard 240V NEMA 6-50R receptacle on a dedicated power line. This line should also have a dedicated 40A or 50A lag fuse breaker installed.

A: Both the bonus kit and base Mig Pak 180 is designed to only run on single phase 230V input power. Multi-phase input power is an option on only select industrial Lincoln welders.
