Centre threaded post not long enough to fit bottom decorative pieces

I bought this last week and when I was fitting it I found that once you pit the globe on, you could thread the nut on the bottom to hold the globe, but not the decorative little saucer type thingy that goes between the nut and the globe. I even took out the insulation, but it still didn’t fit. Must be a manufacturing defect.

We think that tyou have screwed on the threaded tube upward too much, so that the height of the tube is not enough for the lower parts, such as hex nut, cap and finial. We suggest that should screw on the threaded tube to the level which is same with the ceiling plate, so that the tube can connect through all the parts together.

Q: Are the replacement bulbs normal? It looks like a standard light fixture, but I've never seen bulb descriptions like "52-5585 (incandescent) and 52-5391 (CFL)".

A: The standard bulb can be used for the product. The light bulb is medium base E26 TYPE A. Thanks.
