Although the box was not damaged, the metal pieces inside the box were twisted and unusable. Apparently they had been packed that way. We returned to the store and opened the replacement box to ensure the contents were not damaged (they were fine)

Q: Does this unit come with rubber feet protectors for the floor? Image doesn't show any floor protectors on the ends of the metal feet of the shelf. I wonder if the product comes with any? I don't want the shelf to scratch my floor over time.

Q: Is this the same as the apparently discontinued Stanley shelf? In 2012 I bought a Stanley brand shelf that looks identical to this shelf. I've been looking to buy another, but I can't find one in any store or on this web site. Is this shelf the same thing with a different brand name?
