I bought this a couple weeks ago and knowing I needed to put something up before winter, it was really easy to understand the instructions. They were actually accurate in helping me estimate materials for the wood frame and made the actual assembly quite smooth.

A: This shed does come with a slip-resistant high-density polyethylene (HDPE) floor that protects against oil, solvents, and stains. The floor has a load weight capacity of 5,040 pounds (35 pounds per square inch.) You must provide a platform on which to assemble your shed. Proper building permit documentation may be required in your neighborhood. Consult all local building codes prior to assembling the shed. Before beginning assembly, you must pour or construct a platform. There are two types: *Concrete *Wood Frame. Thank you for your inquiry.

Ensure you select a site that will accommodate these measurements. The floor dimensions are a bit smaller than those of the roof; therefore, you will need to build a level surface of 178" x 93 1/2" (≈4,52 m x ≈2,38 m). For a wood platform: The actual dimensions of the shed, at its widest and longest points, are 180" x 96" (≈4,57 m x ≈2,44 m). Ensure you select a site that will accommodate these measurements.
