    reliable and showy Summer Flowers

I start using bulbs hoping to attract bees/bumblebees in my city garden. The flowers came during first year, color as in the picture. Rabbits nibbled on bulbs (buried 2-4 cm in the soil), so I had to add more soil. Later on rabbits nibbled on the first emerging stems. I planted them in full sun within 50 cm of the brick wall, and I think it was a tad too hot for them during summer. It seems this plant likes rich soil and to be watered regularly; clays used for grading around buildings in cities need to be mixed with some compost and sand to satisfy Liatris spicata. I harvested lots of seeds during first year, I will plant to see if they germinate. No insects bother them, no diseases during first year. All in one, it did flower nicely, long flowering season, vivid color, even from bulbs planted early Spring.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
