Fixed the problem!

Fuses blew at my apartment. The landlord wasn't too helpful, so I just went to CTire and bought them myself to fix the problem. Annoyingly enough, these are locked up in a display case and had to be walked to the till by a store employee. The funny thing is, they're $10 each, meanwhile a 10pk of Duracell batteries are $25 and not locked up at all. Not sure how CTIRE decides what they're going to lock up and why, but next time I'll just go to the local electrical store to get them. IT took me too long to find an employee to even open the case for me, then she had to walk them to the till anyway.
