Just like the regular switches they made in the early 90s

Smooth, quiet operation. Dedicated ground screw. Sturdy connection screws. Not the bare-bones, flimsy, cost-reduced versions they usually sell into the retail market. Almost identical build to early 1990 vintage switches that are still going strong.
