Not a great family set. Looking to replace after 4 years as practically all pieces are chipped.

I bought these about 2-3 years ago and expected to enjoy them for years to come. Was reheating 2 slices of pizza at 70% power for 3:15 minutes when I heard a strange popping sound. The Firenze plate cracked all the way through. This is microwave safe? Unfortunately the receipt is now long gone and i am now stuck with plates, bowls and cups thst can't be trusted. And cookware by this company that has me wondering if they are not up to their billing either.
