My Perfect and Reliable Workhorse

Wow, very sturdy baking pan and so easy to clean. No abrasives necessary, which, of course is the intent of the surface coating. Used several times, looks like new and is a great size for a single peri=on to cook suppers in as well as make tasty desserts.

Q: Can you cut cake, in this pan, using a knife, or does using a knife compromise the finish?

A: You should not cut anything with a knife in a non-stick pan, including this one. The metal knife will cut through the surface and ruin it. Use nylon or other non-metallic implements.
