A: The Troy-Bilt 13A226JD563 Neighbourhood Rider comes equipped with a 420cc OHV POWERMORE engine. The 60-7507 Kohler oil filter will not fit. The POWERMORE 951-12690 oil filter is currently not available in a retail package, but can be special ordered from MTD by your local store.
