Perfect Faucet

The touchless Vibrant Polished Nickel faucet is elegant, well designed, and well made. I am so happy that I got the touchless feature. Touchless saves water, because the water level can be consistenly low and the water can be cut off quickly. The faucet stays clean since dirty hands do not touch it. The faucet, and area around it, stays dry since wet hands are not dripping on the handle. Also, the spray mechanism goes in any angle and stays where it is placed. The hose is weighted so the spray mechanism returns easily to to its original position. If all of the features continue to work properly, this wonderful faucet is worth the cost.

Touchless is the best!

I really like my Artifacts touchless kitchen faucet. I hope this one lasts longer than my first one. But I’m very disappointed my new one did not come in the color of my first one. I had to get matte black because the antique bronze is no longer made. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

We hadn't planned to purchase a faucet but ours had to be put to rest. My wife placed this order by phone and it was a really smooth and quick process. This faucet exceeds our expectations and we're wondering why we didn't go touches sooner. We love the look, as it goes well with our kitchen design.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. I thought I was purchasing an all metal faucet. The sprayer is plastic and is already cracked. Water flow is very poor. Sprayer water has individual sprays out of line. Definitive no what I anticipated for the money spent. Could have gone big box and done better.
