Beautiful but leaks

a month ago
I purchased this during my kitchen renovation in 2021. In 2024, it developed an unrepairable leak. Kohler replaced it. The same issue has occurred again. I am going to contact and hopefully three times a charm.

I've had this faucet for 6 years and it still is like new. I love it so much. It looks great and having 2 different sprays are very useful.

Hi Dan, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I am very sorry to hear your Artifacts kitchen faucet has a low flow on the hot water side. This is certainly not what you should expect when using a premium Kohler faucet. We first suggest checking if there are any kinks on the hot supply hose. Next, we recommend turning off the water supply, disconnecting the faucet supply line from the stop/supply connection and slowly open water supply and directing the water from the supply into a container to review for a complete flow.
