WHY IS THE PLASTIC INSERT IN THESE BOXES RIPPING OUT WHEN GETTING A TISSUE OUT?
The whole plastic comes out. Was very gentle getting tissue out.
I tried buying At different stores and they are all the same. IS THIS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT?
Yes, I recommend this product.

It absorbs the snot the slobbers. Dispens is very well nobody messes with my box to klean excess
