Great, But....

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm loving the mixer! One thing that could make it better would be a spring on the shaft so that there is less slop in the whisk etc. My classic has it, was surprised it wasn't there.

Je suis pâtissière professionnelle, croyez-moi, ça vaut la peine d’acheter le "pro" au lieu du artisans. Il est stable, facile à nettoyer, sans pivot ( se qui selon moi prolonge sa durée de vie). Il est facile à réparer en cas de pépin. KitchenAid a déjà fait c’est preuve. Pas besoin d’en dire plus. J’ai le miens depuis 7 ans et en ai déjà vu de 30 ans qui fonctionne comme neuf.

Easy to Use!

Q: How do I get my mail-in rebate?

A: Kitchenaid is at present not honoring the mail-in rebate as Canadian Tire does not print the KitchenAid Model Number on their receipt. On-going dispute with no resolution offered by Canadian Tire or KitchenAid.

Q: Is the wattage enough to the toughest mixes? I am considering a first time purchase and want it to be the right one. I don't do a lot of baking but suffer from arthritis. Would you recommend this one or another and can I use this mixer for meatloaf?

A: This mixer is 450 watts. This stand mixer would be perfect for someone that needs a powerful mixer without having to put a lot of muscle into it. The machine is capable of doing tough mixes without the user needing to involve any pressure.
