I had a 20 year old mixer that still worked great - or so I thought! Finally broke down and bought a Kitchenaid, and holy cow, what a difference! This thing can mix anything! Loving it so far!

Truly a fantastic machine. I honestly cannot find anything wrong about it. I understand the desire to have the upper part tilt back, it would make things a little easier but if you bake a lot and have a small budget - this is IT! If you have a little extra cash, I'd go for the one that tilts back. I use this machine several times a week, sometimes back/back for several breads and it's truly SO time saving wow!
