We bought this to leave up at our lake cabin. I don't like it as much as our stainless steel colander that we use at home but for how often I use it I would absolutely buy it again.

Q: Are they heat resistant? If so, to what temperature?

A: Handles and Feet are heat resistant up to 400F (TPR) but the body (ABS) cannot be stated as anything heat resistant, although they are dishwasher safe. So ok to use for normal household kitchen “straining use”- draining pasta etc.
