Good Immersion Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this awhile back, and I am very pleased with it. The one problem I had was, in setting it up, a piece was showed in the manual that was not in the box. I called about it, and it turns out it was an old manual. It was no big deal really, but I did have to wait a couple hours on hold for the call to go through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sure I will like it when I can use it. I have been unsuccessfully trying to purchase a replacement pan guard to be able to use this when making soup. The Kitchen Aid website is difficult to navigate and even when I put “pan guard” into the search function, it does not bring me to the item. Instead, I have to scroll through many other items, and truthfully, it is frustrating. So maybe this isn’t a review of the product, but if the website.

looks nice, not that powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this a couple of weeks ago. It is a nice design and easy to clean. I have another brand (cheaper) that is a bit more powerful, so I ended up putting this one away and using my old one.

Ease of use without the mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this product a couple of weeks but already I've used it to make homemade butternut squash soup that has a smooth, creamy, even texture. I know it will be great for whipped mashed potatoes and a creamed cauliflower dish I like to make. And clean up is a snap. Since I injured my shoulder I stopped making dishes that required mashing or hand beating. This hand blender has been a game changer.
