Nice but don't function

The set is well built and are nice looking, no complaints except when it comes to actually using them. The smallest pot's base is unstable and tips over easy. The copper in the base tarnished right away despite following the instructions. All of the pots function very poorly when it comes to cooking liquids, it takes forever to boil and when trying to cook pasta the water takes a few minutes to return to a boil. It seems that the bottoms are much too small to heat the tall flared style of the pots properly. I am very disappointed with this product.

Beautiful beautiful cookwares! They are quite heavy but for someone who likes to cook, it is not an issue. KitchenAid is a very reliable brand and has never disappointed me so far.
