I agree with the other poster - the buckle does not secure the strap. The nylon strap slips right through the plastic buckle and does not hold. Entirely useless...

Extremely light duty (ie. don't use it).

I purchased two of these straps to secure a sleeping bag. The buckles on both of them failed to hold at all, the slightest pull led to the webbing slipping and eventually releasing. The only way I could get them to hold was to tie half-hitches in the webbing after it passes through the buckle--in other words, I'd have been better off using a piece of rope to begin with.
