I'm not happy about the fact that this is the third Keurig that I've had in the last 4 years. If this one dies, I'm finished with Keurig. I am one person, and my Keurigs are not overused, as they make just 2 cups per day, so why is the quality so poor that I'm already on my third machine? Unacceptable!

Q: I have purchased one of your K-Select Single Keurig. Must I use pre made pods. I purchased a ''My K-Cup universal coffee filter''. Does not fit to large. The box says universal. I do not want to use pre made pods. I want to use my own ground coffee..

Q: Just purchase new K-select & competed the cleansing brew, since the machine does not give 10 oz on the 10oz button, each setting you push it is like the machine is choosing the option lower. Anyone else have this problem & how to fix or I'm returning it.

Q: The description on this Keurig says it makes Iced Coffee but I don't see a setting for it in the pictures of the machine itself. Does this model have an iced coffee option?

  • A: You are right, there is no Iced button on the K-Select coffee maker. Simply fill a 473 ml/16oz tumbler with ice (do not use glass), insert your favorite K-Cup® pod and select the smallest 177 ml (6 oz) button for delicious iced coffee. Your beverage will brew hot, and chill over ice, for a full-flavored iced coffee.

Q: I have owned a keurig. for a long time. Recently purchased a carton of coffee "pods" and they don't work in my machine. Will "pods" and "cups" both work in this machine.

  • A: All pods fit. Not sure what “cups” you mean though. The newer machines require you to push the pod down with your finger tips until you hear it click/pop. Then bring down the lid. Hope this helps.
