    The best tiny coffee brewer!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am normally a French press coffee person and have been for years, but this little Keurig has changed my mind! I am in love with it and it is so quick and easy! I love that the water reservoir holds enough water for multiple cups of coffee so you don't have to fill it every time. The body of the machine is thin and sleek and takes up just a tiny amount of my counter space. The controls are simple and easy to understand. You can select from 3 different cup sizes and there is a button for a strong brew. I like dark roasts and bold flavors, so I always use the strong brew function and it is delicious! This also has a cold brew button that brews your coffee with less water to keep it from tasting watered down when you add ice. This tiny beast is also very fast! The time it takes to pop the K-cup in and hit the button to start brewing to when your coffee is in your cup is probably less than 1 minute. It starts filling almost instantly and it saves so much time in the morning! Absolutely recommend this!

    Takes up very little counter space

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the smallest Keurig I have had. It hardly takes up any counter space at all but still offers different brewing options like the larger ones I’ve had. I can still do 12oz brews. This also offers Strong Brew and iced coffee options. So far it is working well. I had another Keurig before this and it stopped working after a year. I hope this one will last longer.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy to try the new K-Mini Mate Plus Coffee Maker. It fits perfectly on my small space . This machine is compact, sleek and a game changer for small space kitchens. It’s also easy to use , single serve which means it will make only one cup. The noise the machine makes is not bad. Lastly I find this coffee maker small but mighty! It makes same bold flavors as other machines.

    Q: There is a problem with American electric products because our buildings are usually 100 amps and the American products are 120 . The plugs get hot and they cannot be used. What is the amps necessary to run this product safe? OR Other?

    Q: How hot is the brew water coming out? I like my coffee around 193° or so. I'm aware that a cold cup draws heat away from the brew. I want to know what temp the coffee is brewed at. Thank you.

    • A: Keurig believes that the optimal temperature for brewing coffee, tea, and hot cocoa is 89°C (192° F). This is the internal temperature of the water in your brewer. However, once your coffee, tea, or hot cocoa is brewed, the dispensed temperature can vary greatly. In-cup temperature depends on the cup temperature and material. When brewing into an insulated container, such as a foam or paper cup, 82-85°C (180-185°F) in-cup temperature is typically attained. However, dispensing into a cold ceramic mug will cool the coffee significantly.

    Q: How many minutes does it take to brew 12 oz? I am comparing with Hamilton Beach Flex Brew which takes 5 minutes for 16 oz. Is 12 oz the MAXIMUM amt of water the reservoir will hold? Sorry, that's 2 questions

    • A: For the K-Mini Plus the maximum brew size is 12oz’s and the reservoir size can be filled to 12oz’s. The average brew time with the K-Mini Plus is about 2 mins. If you are looking for a larger reservoir all the other Keurig brewers would be able to answer your need with reservoir sizes ranging from 1.06L to 2.2L with brew times between 1-2 mins.

    • A: The K-Mini Plus does not come with a reusable filter. These are sold separately and available to purchase at Canadian Tire. All Keurig Pods fit the K-Mini Plus. For the best experience purchase Keurig Pods with the certified label on the packaging to guarantee the Pods fits the Brewer and the optimal coffee brew.
