Used and sold as brand new, leaking fluid

I bought this item and it was used. Got it home and the box was leaking a fluid from the previous owner. Not sure who thought it was hygienic or remotely a good idea to repackage and sell this item as new, but I will never trust kitchen items from canadian tire again. Gross.

nous avons notre cafetière depuis 7 mois, toujours utilisé avec eau de source! et nous faisons les nettoyages selon les recommandation! mais elle s'éteint seul! ca fais 2 semaines que nous avons de la misère avec! Et la si je veux la retourner sur la garantie je dois avoir la boîte! le pire c'est que j'avais encore la boîte vla 1 mois! on dirait que le sensor de température est pas de très bonne qualité! au prix que c'est vendu, la qualité devrait être au rendez-vous!

purchased this product (not at Canadian Tire) less than 1 year ago and constantly needed to clean/scaling it and now not making coffee at all. Will definitely not buy this product again.

Q: Can this machine use reusable K-cups inteasd of pods?

A: That’s a BIG no, I called Krueger when the machine started to malfunction. They said it was because I was using reusable K pods, even though they were purchased from Krueger on the recommendation of another customer serve rep of theirs. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE if you aren’t planing on just buying disposable pods. On the flip side it makes a great cup of coffee.
