Q: We own the Rattan Style Storage Deck Box 416L sold at Can Tire. Our automatic opening mechanisms no longer work-Part SOP x2. How do we go about replacing these parts and what is the cost? Our deck box is still in excellent condition.

A: Hi Katia, we have had this deck box for at least 7+ years and last year we had the automatic lifts not work otherwise the box is still useful. I am hoping Keter replies to this message and I can get the automatic lifts replaces and not the whole box.

A: Hello, Internal Product Dimensions Set Up: 45" W x 23.4" D x 21.3" H (114.7 x 59.5 x 54 cm). We recommend comparing these dimensions to those of the cushions to be sure.
